My little articulation book
This resource provides all the material you need to easily and
quickly provide articulation programs to teachers or parents, for all single consonant sounds, consonant blends and vowels.
The great pictures, game boards, certificates etc. have immediate appeal to children. The comprehensive and clearly written
instructions make it easy for parents or volunteers to implement. It is ideal for both the speech pathology clinic and schools.
It provides the materials for working through a traditional articulation approach from:
- lip and tongue exercises
- isolated sound practice
- target sound at syllable level
- words with initial, medial and final target sound positions
- carrier phrases
- sound loaded phrases
- board games and certificates for completion of the program.
The section of consonant blends also similar resources to those listed above, as well as lists of words that
begin and end with a consonant blend. The section for vowels includes a list of words with each of the target
vowel sounds in CV; VC; CCV; VCC; etc. up to CCCVCC. There is also a minimal pair list of words which looks at
CVC type words going through all consonant combinations from - bib ; bob ; and babe to - zig and zag.

Due to rising costs and reports of breakages of folders through the post, there is now only one version of My Little Articulation Book.
This version is 'semi-bound'. All pages are in plastic sleeves and placed into a plastic document wallet (not a ring bider).
My little speech book
This is a great resource to have beside you whenever you are doing
therapy. It provides some general lists of target words that you will find
useful in
various aspects of therapy.
It covers your needs from:
- articulation therapy lists of words for every consonant in initial, medial and final positions
- lists of words for consonant blends
- lists of words for all vowels
- lists of multisyllabic words for motor sequencing and phonemic awareness
- lists of phrases / sentences of 2 to 8 syllables useful for MLU fluency therapy
- lists of minimal word pairs for working on phonological processes.
The print is 18 point and clearly spaced, to allow easy reading for all clients, but particularly suited to adult clients who may have some
degree of vision impairment. It is bound in a ring binder so that it is flexible to meet your preferences and needs, also allowing you to
easily insert your own lists.
